Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer flexible cancellation options for our customers.

  • Service Cancellation: You may cancel your service at any time with a minimum of 7 days written notice. Written notice can be provided via email or text message.

  • Rescheduling a Visit: If you need to cancel a specific service visit, we require at least 24 hours' notice. That visit can be rescheduled for the following week.

  • Already Scheduled Services: If you already have a service scheduled for the following week, your rescheduled visit will be added to the week after your last scheduled service visit.
